We encourage you to purchase insurance to protect your tickets. Once the
tickets are shipped BMG TIX is not responsible for lost or damaged tickets. If necessary, we can usually reprint lost or damaged tickets for an additional fee. The insurance will usually be cheapar than the cost for ticket reprints. Contact us if you need a ticket reprint. The cost will be $2-$7 per ticket (teams charge different rates). The cost of the ticket reprint is free if insurance was purchased.
